cause ppl will never understand if they did not experienced it
*especially those juz had oni a little or maybe considered no working experience i think*
❤❤Challenges to Bcum a Tele-sales or perhaps top Sales❤❤
1. Not oni use mouth to talk but use our brain..maybe should say the proper communication skill with different age bands of customer..different kind of customer..u have to talk in different tone..or push on different benefit..different speech..
2. Have to act fast when handle customer's objection/question..'Have to throw back the ball for cm before they throw a new one for us'
3.Confidence..present in confident manner..at first we have to love the product that we promoting or selling
4. QSI score..all calls been recorded to let another department to check whether we sent a correct info or message to cm..marks will be deducted if have any vocalic pauses or 'lor,la,mar..' or different language in a call etc..marks will be fatal means zero if selling on cancellation review/did not get any clear acceptance from cm..It is not consider as a Sales if it's not a quality sales
5.Productivity..must keep on calling during working hours to prevent ur productivity score getting lower than 80%
6. Concentration. Focus on talking,presenting,sharing n oso listening to the cm n muz enjoying it oso..if not u wont get any sales..just think that how can a guy focusing juz calling for 8.5 hours??
7. Positive Mindset n EQ. Must always persuading myself that i can do sales if i put more effort oni it. If just felt disappointed and upset after scolded by cm, u cant get any sale on that day
8.Set a goal everyday..set at least 1 sale per hour..it is totally hard and challenging..sometimes may pissed off after talk like almost an hour with cm but end up ntg..but the pissed off feeling have to get rid off our mind n try to archieve the goal..just have to think everything is possible..ntg is impossible..juz think u can do it!
9. Stop complain..sales will gone if u complain anythg..cm's attitude..stress..working environment etc
10. Handling Stress n Struggling..any source of stress have to face..ourselves??company??competitors??customer?? Sales will gone when stress come..
11. Never Give Up..Last but not least..its the most important one..never give up handle on cm's objection..never give up talking the same thg wif cm..just never give up everything
the only advantage for a Tele-sales that differ with others sales person is we don't need to face cm during the process

though we juz know each other just less than 3 months
