dis sem break i went to sabah

after penang langkawi

now turns out to sabah

17 of us

came to the Malaysian Borneo--Sabah

diff flights but same destination~aha

First of all

we met our tour guide at the airport

waiting for all of us arrived

then we start our journey

had our lunch at Suria Complex

sabah's food is quite expensive

1 bowl of mee normally minimum rm5.00

After lunch we bought some needs for the tour

*paper panties,mosquito repellent,sunblock is must in this tour*

then start our city tour

just hang around kk city

nothing else do

actually can skip this

but since travel agent free dis package for us

wee wang wang

Then 

we checked in hotel

its cozy n luxury as well

after bout 1 hour rest

we began our first destination

Mari Mari Cultural Village

The village is located about 25 minutes away from the city

Its surrounding atmosphere may faintly remind you of  ‘The Lost World’. 

The beauty of untapped nature is guaranteed to capture your eyes and heart as soon as you arrive at the village

Upon arrival at the entrance of the village, you will be ushered to the warmth of different homes of the ethnicities of Sabah.

There was a excursion guide who will guide for the whole journey and will introduce u all the houses

As you traverse the village, you will find demonstration huts along the main houses in which daily activities of old times come into life. 

For example

try out lots of drinks n foods (arak,pandan air,kuih jala,lemang..)

starting a fire (from bamboo)

the making of blowpipe

tattoo-making (and its symbolisms)
